Banana Bread meets Coffee Cake
Ingredient Breakdown:
Chocolate Chip Banana Bread/Coffee Cake Hybrid:
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (130g) 2% Greek yogurt OR sour cream
1 1/3 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups (380g) ripe and mashed banana (3-4 medium bananas, lookin for peak blackness tho)
1/2 cup toasted walnuts (more or less depending on how crunchy you like it)
3/4 cup (140g) chocolate chips
Coffee Streusel Crumble
5 tablespoon butter softened
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
This will make excess topping so leave a good handful out of it
Bake at 325F for 1hr to 1:15 until a toothpick comes out moist with some crumbs but not dry- let it cool for 20 mins
