1.5lbs - 3lbs Skirt Steak (preferably outter cut)
4-5 cloves of garlic (minced)
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbs ground cumin
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs chilli flakes
1 tbs onion powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp MSG (could use chicken bouillon)
